Wine is a perishable natural product, leaving it exposed to heat, light, vibrations or fluctuations in temperature and humidity, can make any type of wine spoil.
The wine store should be a place that is constantly monitored and regularized to obtain good quality wines. That is why I have been working on a project where using an ESP8266 controller, a series of sensors, ventilation equipment and an IoT platform, can monitor and control the appropriate parameters to achieve an optimal environment.

- Humidity/Temperature sensors

- Humidifiers, fans/air conditioning, heating (optionals)
From an IoT platform (such as myDevices of Cayenne) you can keep a record of the storage parameters of the warehouse (temperature, humidity and light) and keep them stable automatically to obtain a quality product.
If any of these values are altered, it must be regulated automatically by heating (for colder climates), fans/air conditioners (for warmer climates) or humidifiers (to control humidity). In addition to the control and registration of logs, it is also possible to send notifications in real time in case of sudden changes of these parameters.
