This is a very simple project which allows one to measure distance using an ultrasonic sensor. The values are then displayed on an LCD serial display.
This can be used to measure distance to monitor social distancing or possibly an object avoidance to assist in parking.
You'll need to install the Grove Ultrasonic Ranger by Seed Studios and LiquidCrystal I2C by Frank Brabander.
You can substitute a Nano which will reduce the footprint to allow for a wearable device.
